I began taking agility classes from Sharon when she had her school in Canton. I started, as most people do, as a way to have fun and build confidence in my 7 month old lab rescue, Bucky. I was hooked from the beginning and have been taking classes, going to seminars and competing ever since. Bucky is retired now, but between my mom and I we compete with our Vizsla's Asti, Seneca, Capri, Treska, and the up and coming Jimmi and Josh. Now 12 years later I am honored to be teaching agility at WAGS. I want to share my enthusiasm and of agility to the students at WAGS.

Where to start?? I've loved dogs and animals my whole life. When I found Agility, at the Crown Classic dog show 13 years ago as an observer,I knew this was something I had to do, and a year and a half later, I was in the ring. I have had two competitive dogs (Mini Scnhauzers) in AKC, one made it to Masters and one to Excellent. I've lost both of these doge in the last two years. I presently have four older rescues, and I'm trying to run my first Herding Breed, a 23 month old Aussie named Cora. She presently has titles in AKC Obedience, and ASCA Agility. We're working on being competitive in AKC and CPE, we are also presently takiing Flyball classes. I have been instructing Agility for approx. nine years, before that I assisted in Obedience and Agility classes.
