Please DO NOT mail registration forms.

Download our registration forms, register online, or pick one up at our campus. If not registered online, please bring with you a completed Registration form. Also a copy of your dog's vaccination record/Tiders report on the first day of class. We accept phone reservations. We would appreciate having registrations filled out prior to coming to your first class. If you are unable to do so please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class. We don't want to take any time away from designated training time.
