Your puppy is integrated into a structured home environment on our six-acre property. They learn how to navigate daily routines, new experiences, and appropriate behaviors in a real-life setting.

Puppies are socialized at safe local “puppy hot spots,” exposed to new environments, and introduced to everyday sights, sounds, and handling. We also work on crate training to build healthy rest and routine.

Foundational skills include:

sit, down, leave it, off, drop it, focus, basic puppy etiquette, not jumping, and appropriate mouth manners (no biting).

Additional skills are introduced as each puppy is developmentally ready.

Puppy training is capped at a maximum of two weeks. Puppies learn quickly, and returning home while those skills are fresh ensures the family can continue the training. This prevents a puppy from over-adapting to a temporary environment and keeps the primary bonding and learning centered with their owners.

Our Adult Board & Train program combines overnight boarding with personalized training sessions based on your dog’s needs. Dogs live in a family-home environment, not a kennel, so the behaviors they learn transfer directly into real life.

Dogs receive short, focused training sessions throughout the day to reinforce positive behavior and everyday manners. With owner approval, we may also include field trips to safe public locations to practice skills around distractions.

Program Length (Typically 1–2 Weeks)

Adult programs are designed to run one to two weeks, depending on your dog and training goals. Dogs learn best when the foundation is built here, then immediately reinforced at home with their families.

We prefer an integrated training structure, which includes:

   – a focused 1–2 week Board & Train
   – followed by private lessons to ensure long-term success
   – ongoing owner involvement, which leads to better retention and behavior transfer

This avoids the pitfalls of month-long programs where dogs often regress once back home.

Training Tools & Philosophy

We do not use shock collars, buzz collars, or electronic training collars. Our approach focuses on:
